Every Oriel Studio window follows a structured, professional process - from design selection to final installation.

We offer two routes:

  • Supply-only nationwide(for your local builder or contractor)

  • Full service delivery & installation within Greater London

Here’s exactly what to expect.

Step 1 - Choose Your Oriel

Browse our modern structural glass oriel window designs and select:

  • Size

  • Glazing performance (Double, Triple or Ultra-High Performance CUIN glass)

  • Finish

All models are made to order and engineered specifically for your project.

Step 2 - Secure Your Project (15% Deposit)

To begin, a 15% deposit is required (or full payment if preferred).

This:

  • Secures your production slot

  • Locks in your pricing

  • Activates technical consultation & drawings

Your project officially enters our system.

Step 3 - Technical Video Consultation

Once your deposit is received, we schedule a video consultation with our technical team.

During this session we:

  • Confirm your structural opening measurements

  • Review site conditions

  • Advise on preparation requirements

  • Identify potential issues before manufacturing

This step ensures accuracy and avoids costly site mistakes.

Step 4 - Drawings and Structural Calculations

We prepare:

  • Detailed manufacturing drawings

  • Installation drawings

  • Project-specific structural calculations

These documents can be used for:

  • Builder coordination

  • Building control submission

  • Structural verification

You review and approve everything before production begins.

If planning permission or building control approval is required, we provide the necessary drawings and calculations. Submission remains the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor.

Step 5 - Drawing Approval and 25% Stage Payment

Once drawings are approved, a 25% stage payment is due.

This is the formal production release.

Your oriel window now enters fabrication.

Step 6 - Precision Manufacturing (4–6 Weeks)

Each window is made to order using:

  • Precision fabrication

  • High-performance glazing

  • Premium materials

Manufacturing typically takes 4–6 weeks from approval.

Quality takes time - and we do not rush it.

Step 7 - Final Payment (60%)

The remaining 60% balance is payable 5 days before delivery or installation.

This allows us to:

  • Confirm logistics

  • Schedule transport

  • Allocate installation teams (if applicable)

Step 8 - Delivery or Installation

You choose the route that suits your project.

Option A - Supply Only (Nationwide)

  • Kerbside delivery

  • Supplied on protective stillage

  • Full installation guide included

  • Technical support available

Ideal for homeowners working with their own builder.

Option B - Full Installation (Greater London)

  • Our fitters bring the window with them

  • Professional installation by our team

  • No kerbside handling required

  • Fully coordinated delivery & fitting

Step 9 - Install With Confidence
